Eldon Bevens (1925-2011) was a B-17 ball turret gunner with the 570th Bomb Squadron of the 390th Bomb Group during WWII. He flew 6 combat missions between November 1944 and January 1945 and was wounded on his final mission. Recorded in 2002.
